In 1988, Mr. McCollum started the law firm of James E. McCollum, Jr., P.C. (now The McCollum Firm). In 2002, Mr. McCollum was presented an award as a Finalist for the Trial Lawyer of the Year by Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Mr. McCollum’s professional affiliations include membership in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Bar of the State of Maryland, the Bar of the District of Columbia and the American Bar Association.
Amit K. Sharma graduated cum laude in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland after just two years enrollment in Government Politics and Psychology. Mr. Sharma was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School in 2005.

Ronald E. Handy graduated with honors from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Politics in 1983. In 1986 he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin.
